Citrix Login

Sanders Software clients may login to their Citrix account via one of the links below.

First Time Login

For the first time users that have never logged into Citrix. Here are a few things you need to know, to make your first experience easier.

Make sure Citrix is a Trusted Site
BEFORE starting Citrix, be sure that the login site you are using is a "trusted site" in your web browser.

Go to Tools -> Internet Options Click the "Security" tab Click "Trusted Sites" Click the "Sites" Button Under "Add this website to the zone: Enter "http://nfuse.sanderssoftware.com/" OR "https://citrix2.sanderssoftware.com/Citrix/XenApp/auth/login.aspx" Click the "Add" Button Click "Close" to close the Trusted Sites dialog Click "OK"

Logging Into Citrix

1. Go to http://nfuse.sanderssoftware.com/ OR https://citrix2.sanderssoftware.com/Citrix/XenApp/auth/login.aspx
   
   a) If you get an error saying "Page not Found" you probably need to enable TLS
   
   b) If you do not have a Citrix web client installed you'll notice a symbol next to Messages. If you do not have this symbol please continue to Step 2.
   
   
   c) Click on the Messages tab
   
   d) Click on "Click here to obtain a client"
   
   
   e) Put a check mark in the box and then click Download
   
   
   f) Click Run
   
   
   g) Click Run
   
   
   h) Click OK
   
   
   
2. Please enter your Username / Password and then click on Log On
   
   
   a) If there is a newer version of the Citrix web client you will notice a symbol next to Messages. If there is no symbol, please continue to Step 3.
   
   
   b) Click on the Messages tab.
   
   c) Click on "Click here to obtain a client."
   
   
   d) Put a check mark in the box and then click Download
   
   
   e) Click Run
   
   
   f) Click Run
   
   
   h) Click OK
   
   
   
3. You should now be logged in to Citrix and seeing your application list. Click the application you wish to launch and begin using.
   

Enabling TLS

Internet Explorer Launch Internet Explorer Go to Tools -> Internet Options Click on the Advanced Tab Scroll all the way to the end of the list make sure 'TLS 1.0' is checked Click 'OK' Return to the Login Instructions
Firefox Launch Firefox Go to Tools -> Internet Options Click on the Advanced Tab Click on the Encryption Tab Make sure 'TLS 1.0' is checked Click 'OK' Return to the Login Instructions
